investment in the company.
Investment Size
$4 to $6 million over the life of the investment or substantially
more in collaboration with other financial partners.
Characteristics
Target company should be able to demonstrate:
• A scalable business with significant growth potential
• A defensible position within a sizeable market
• Historical positive cash flow or cash flow positive as the
result of the current financing round
• Sustainable operating margins
Use of Funds
Generally for growth and expansion purposes including recapitalization,
acquisitions, working capital, plant expansion or product launch.
